STARBUCKS VIETNAM MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 2025

Starbucks Vietnam Management Trainee Program 2025 is a 24-month leadership development journey, launched for the first time in Vietnam. It is designed for fresh graduates or young professionals with no more than one year of work experience—those who are eager to kickstart their careers with a global brand and ready to embrace challenges to grow personally and professionally.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience through structured onboarding, cross-functional rotations, and strategic projects tailored to your chosen department. This immersive journey helps you build a strong foundation in business operations, understand Starbucks’ culture and values, and develop leadership capabilities through real-world exposure and mentorship from experienced leaders.

At the end of the journey, you won’t just be ready for a job—you’ll be ready to lead. Graduates of the program are considered for key roles like Assistant Manager or District Manager, with the confidence, skills, and heart to make a lasting impact. Education: 

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Hospitality Management)

• GPA of 7.5/10 or 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Skill set:

• Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above.

Working Experience: 

•  Less than one year of full-time work experience.

Note:

• Ready to start full-time employment from December 2025.

• For candidates applying to Operations roles in Hanoi, you must be willing to attend a 6-month training program in Ho Chi Minh City.
