Specialist, Business Analyst (SAP MM/SD/FICO)

Overview

Specialist, Business Analyst – Materials Management is responsible for analyzing, configuring, maintaining, continually improving, providing training and support of SAP MM//FICO/SD module.

Responsibility

1. Analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions

• Gather and facilitate business process and requirements related to purchasing, inventory, vendor & material management.
• Interact with users to develop & document use cases, design specifications and testing scenarios for change requests.

• Provide solutions by promoting and implementing best-practice solutions.

2. Configure, maintain, and continually improve MM module

• Implement and manage the configuration and operation for SAP MM/FICO/SD.
• Proactively address problems and troubleshoot issues of SAP MM/FICO/SD.

• Collaborate on implementing and upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.

3. Provide training and support to end users

• Assist users in all aspect of SAP MM/FICO/SD usage.
• Provide SAP MM/FICO/SD related trainings to end and new users.

Required skills and behaviors

Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Software Development.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English

Specific job skills

• Strong demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP or S/4 HANA.
• Experienced in one of SAP MM//FICO/SD.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and implementing business processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional learning and maintaining knowledge of information technology developments.
