a. Develop and implement strategic plan to grow Kudo’s social media audience for key demographics
b. Strengthen the Kudo brand and engage our community on social media by producing creative and compelling content
c. Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging
d. Create strategy and help secure social media cause marketing and influencer partnerships
e. Working together with Digital Performance Marketing improving the site’s SEO
f.Write clear, compelling communications and feature stories for the Kudo’s blog for targeted demographics
g. Develop workable budgets, media, content and editorial plans and realistic timetables
h. Collaborates with the Marketing Team in creation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the plan
i. Experience in leading complex multidisciplinary projects
j. Employ a variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and provide insight about relevant online conversations and voices in those conversations
k. Monitoring and enforcing project constraints (schedule / scope / resources)
l. Competitive site analysis and benchmarking in content breadth, organization and presentation.
m. Creating development plans for online content; recommending content types and organization based on user needs and marketing goals, identifying content gaps
n. Conduct online media, influencer & partnership outreach
o. Monitor and analyze online media and other relevant digital communications channels
p. Prepare reports summarizing the results of social media campaigns
q. Strong business and personal ethics

-Responsible for increasing brand awareness, consideration, preference / loyalty all with a view to making the Grab business more price inelastic and adding margins to the bottom line through scalable brand marketing programs
