Get to know the Role:
Manage, grow, and handle the GrabCar driver community groups on social media:
- Able to take initiative, passionate about social media, and able to create and run social media campaigns well.
- Always monitoring trends and being updated with the trending topics on social media.
- Provide insights, benchmarks, and analyze data from the social media group, to provide insights for company-wide decision-making and driver-related campaigns.
The day-to-day activities:
- Able to communicate and collaborate with other teams internally
- Collecting data on issues raised in the group and proposing long term solutions /initiatives
- Preparing reports on the key issues raised and posts with most positive impact
The must haves:
- Degree from local or foreign universities, preferably Communications/Design
- Deep knowledge and passion in social media strategy, social media content development.
- Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to manage the day to day operations.
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and fast-changing social media worlds.
- Able to understand and develop social media reports
- Able to create content (writing, designing) and maintain the social media channel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and able to execute strategic initiatives well.
