  • There are many inefficiencies in today’s interior industry and we’re looking for a Showroom Sales Manager (Furniture Store) who can solve such problems with us.

Job Description

1. Showroom Setup & Launch

  • Lead the opening of the first showroom, including layout planning, store setup, and product displays.

  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely showroom readiness.

  • Source and manage inventory, furniture samples, and showroom décor.

  • Implement in-store branding, signage, and marketing materials.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Train and manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Provide interior design consulting and product recommendations to customers.

  • Monitor customer preferences and adapt product offerings accordingly.

3. Operations & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, including staffing, scheduling, and store maintenance.

  • Ensure stock availability, proper merchandising, and showroom cleanliness.

  • Handle pricing strategies, product placements, and promotions.

  • Track sales performance and customer feedback to improve business strategies.

4. Team Leadership & Training

  • Hire, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales and customer service excellence.

  • Set performance targets and regularly review staff performance.

  • Develop training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

5. Marketing & Business Development

  • Work with marketing teams to plan in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.

  • Develop partnerships with designers, contractors, and real estate agents to drive traffic.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor showroom sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.

  • Analyze customer insights to refine product selection and marketing strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in retail management, preferably in home furniture, interior showroom, or luxury retail

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.

  • Knowledge of home furniture, interior design trends, and space planning.

  • Proficient in store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

  • Language: Fluent in English

  • Proficient with AI tools and technology
