Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across different tech stacks (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct thorough technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to inform recruiting efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters on technical recruiting best practices.
