Job requirement

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across different tech stacks (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to inform recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters on technical recruiting best practices.

Job requirement

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or similar role with a focus on various tech stacks:
  1. Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
  2. Backend: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, .NET
  3. Full-Stack: MEAN, MERN, LAMP, JAMstack
  4. DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
  5. Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  6. Data Science: SQL, R, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  7. AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing
  8. Cybersecurity: Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Incident Response
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry.
  • Strong experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
