Job Summary

Responsible for supplier quality management for Milwaukee OS suppliers in Vietnam, covering new and mass production (MP) power tool projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-shipment inspections, process audits, and annual quality system audits; issue reports, follow up on non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Manage PSI quality issues, track 8D SCAR reports, and maintain NCMR & 8D SCAR in the QMS system.
  • Address customer complaints by providing 8D SCAR reports.
  • Lead MP Kaizen continuous quality improvement projects with suppliers to meet KPI targets.
  • Oversee New Product Development (NPD) for finished products and components in Vietnam, including EB, QB, and PR audits, and share reports with the global team.
  • Drive supplier development through continuous improvement programs, set annual KPI targets, and regularly review supplier performance.
