Product Development (PD):- Market research, survey of competitors.- Proposing new product ideas and working with relevant departments to develop card/ loan products (special: Cash loan, durable loan, car loan, Unsecure loan, Secure loan...)- Managing existing products, giving ideas for improvement of existing products, working with relevant departments to implement improvements.- Make requirement for set up card/loan products on the system and test it.- Giving ideas for business promotion program, Responsible for the business results of the products they manageProject Management (PM):- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation. - Identifying and managing project issues. - Leading and coordinating project teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively. - Monitoring project progress, identifying potential problems, and implementing corrective actions. - Communicating project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders. - Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their concerns. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. - Ensuring all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards. - Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
