Mô tả công việc

  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with F&B brands, including international chains, local restaurant groups, and SMEs.
  • Introduce and onboard partners to the company’s system and ensure smooth initial setup.
  • Manage and nurture partner relationships; co-develop exclusive deals, co-funding, and co-branding campaigns to boost revenue.
  • Monitor partner performance, product/service quality, and commission-based revenue.
  • Promote and sell advertising packages and marketing solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term partner satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, e-commerce, agency, or enabler industries.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale restaurant partnerships or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong skills in either negotiation or data analysis
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
