Objectives
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive of all levels with excellent English speaking skills, who seek potential business opportunities with global clients through research, approaching and networking to support PMAX in the successful delivery of our global expansion project.
Job Description
- Sales Planning:
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
- Sales Execution:
- Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
- Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
- BD program optimization:
- Share constructive feedback to the managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
- Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)
