Mô tả công việc

  • Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the SO to the shipper.
  • Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A-Z.
  • Ask D/N and invoice from the carrier for preparing the payment request.
  • Send D/N to the client or agent and follow up on the payment.
  • Follow up with the accountant about the payment to the carrier to get the SWB, MBL.
  • Update systems and follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.
  • Willing to help and back up colleagues if needed.
  • Strictly follow the job assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 2 years of experience working in Sea Freight Docs, Customer Services.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish task assignments.
