Sea Freight Document Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Issue shipping documents in the related systems.
• Submit SI, VGM, to the carrier.
• Filling Manifest (AFR, ISF, ICS2, …)
• Track and trace the shipment until the end.
• Ask D/N and the invoice from the carrier for preparing the payment request
• Send D/N to the client or agent and follow up on the payment.
• Follow up with the accountant about the payment to the carrier to get SWB, MBL.
• Update systems and follow KPI as per the Customer’s SOP.
• Implement SOP for new Clients.

On-site working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Workplace location: 21st Floor, Lancaster Luminaire Building, 1152-1154 Lang Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi

• At least 2 years of experience working in Sea Freight Docs
• Possess experience in handling shipments to the US and EU
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish task assignments.
