Sales Performance Analyst

Job Objective

• Provide analytical support to the Sales Manager by developing and automating business reporting systems, as well as conducting in-depth analyses on specific topics as required.

• Monitor sales performance and other related KPIs to proactively identify issues and provide data-driven recommendations aimed at improving sales productivity and reducing operational costs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Calculate and reconcile sales commissions and other incentive payments with the Finance department.

• Develop and maintain business reporting systems according to requirements defined by management.

• Collaborate with the sales network and relevant departments to resolve disputes related to sales results when they arise.

• Extract and analyze data related to product portfolios, sales channels, and business performance to provide insights and recommendations for maximizing commercial efficiency.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers, depending on operational needs.

Required Competencies

1. Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or other related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in English communication and comprehension.

• Solid understanding of financial products and consumer credit services.

2. Technical & Analytical Skills

• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

• Experience in reporting and analyzing business/sales data.

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.

• Ability to present insights clearly through reports or dashboards
