Sales Operation Manager

• Customer Inquiry & Sales Support:

Effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries in compliance with internal procedures, including product returns, customer database updates, and issue resolution related to sales order processing, delivery scheduling, and credit terms.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Quality Control, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Warehouse, Demand Management, Customer Service, and MIS to ensure seamless execution of sales support tasks and operational processes.

• Vendor & Agency Management:

Source, evaluate, and manage external agencies and suppliers for promotional materials and activities to support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory monitoring, generate stock reports, conduct inventory forecasts, and coordinate stock transfers across different warehouses to optimize inventory levels and product availability.

• Administrative & Compliance Support:

Handle administrative tasks as required, including contract management, processing of payment, support samples for sales and ensuring adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.

• Having at least 3 years in similar roles
• Have understanding about policy in pharma industry and distribution services to easily adapt and fulfill business requirement
