JOB PURPOSE

  • Manage and lead the consumer sales team
  • Develop and enhance brand awareness within HCMC market through sales & marketing activities by providing products and services to customers

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform competitive analysis with the team to develop sales proposals and responses to market situation
  • Set up the administrative, sales structure and procedures for smooth and effective execution of customer service and sales support
  • Ensure all consumers feedback are professionally managed
  • Manage customers’ claims in professional manner
  • Establish excellence relationship with customers
  • Ensure duties are covered during staff absence
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
