Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets for Process Automation products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean electronics manufacturers in Vietnam to expand market presence and foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and customer retention through regular written and verbal communication, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.
  • Provide technical consultations to customers, including product demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical support during the sales process.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, and lead commercial negotiations related to product pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (factory, service team, parts sales team, agents) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in and organizing seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the supervisor or management team.
