Mô tả công việc

  • Proactively drive sales and business development within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Manage and develop specific markets and trade lanes, with a focus on VN–US, VN–EU, and VN–CN routes.
  • Support overall sales success and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Grow market share by acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide timely, effective responses.
  • Regularly maintain and update client information in the Salesforce system.
  • Monitor and report on the timeliness and quality of responses to customers.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female, under 40 years old
  • College or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a confident and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and good personal appearance.
