Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans for the company's growth
  • Direct and resolve issues related to operations and customer needs
  • Research the market and develop new services to meet customer demands
  • Establish investment and business plans to maximize profits
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and shareholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and business information

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in warehouse management
  • Knowledge of quality standards, technical specifications, and legal regulations related to storage and transportation of goods
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify root causes of issues
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
