Key Job Responsibilities:
- Research and develop the Vietnam market, identify and expand customer base (distributors, dealers, OEM clients).
- Implement sales plans and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors/clients.
- Introduce and consult on products, collect market demands, and propose improvements to enhance product competitiveness.
- Support brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and communication activities in the Vietnam market.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information, and report to management in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Male
- Remote working
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred; if not, basic English communication (reading – writing – translation) is required.
- Willingness to travel for business and to attend a 1-month training program at the company’s headquarters in China before starting work in Vietnam.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the plastic pipe industry or related fields, preferably with an existing customer/distributor network.
- Permanent residence in Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City.
