Mô tả công việc

Partnership Build
● Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities across international markets (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and others).
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise partners, OEMs, and distribution channel partners.
Stay ahead with market trend
● Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the commercial drone space.
● Quickly adjust sales strategies to match market changes and new opportunities.
● Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs.
Customer Communication
● Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in form of high-tech product proposals to enhance customer satisfaction.
● Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions in collaboration with senior-level executives.
Sales Report
● Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
● Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.
● Continuously look for ways to improve the sales process and customer experience.
Contribute to Team Success
● Support strategic projects or assignments as directed by Sales Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in tech, UAV, or industrial solutions.
● A degree in Business, Sales, or something similar (or just a huge passion for learning!).
● Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken—so you can connect with customers and your team.
● Additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a strong plus.
● Good vibes with MS Office (especially Excel) and a familiarity with tools (like SAP, Zoho & CRM).

● Should be organized, detail-oriented, and ready to juggle multiple tasks at once.
● A positive attitude and a desire to grow in sales and customer service.
● Experience in sales admin roles is cool, but freshers are totally welcome too!
