Sales Executive (Pigments/Plastics/Paints/Printing Inks)

• Sales Planning

• Analyze & Evaluate operational sales, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Achieve Sales Targets as assigned by management.

• Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with all customers and handle key accounts.

• Conduct Regular Customer Visits to ensure continuous engagement and business growth.

• Collect and Report Detailed Market Information, including:
  a. Trend & market conditions
  b. Customer requirements
  c. Market requirements
  d. Price & competitors
  e. Business opportunities

• Drive Market Development initiatives.

• Identify and Develop New Products in collaboration with internal teams.

• Prepare and Submit MIS Reports in a timely manner.

• Flexibility to undertake any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department as required or when the situation demands.

• Graduate, preferably with a degree in Management or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing of organic pigments, plastics, inks, or related products.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferable.

• Good understanding of related products and current market trends.
