The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, market penetration, and key account management within the assigned territory, focusing on medical devices and equipment.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers (hospitals, clinics, specialists).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, doctors, hospitals, and specialized departments.
- Present products effectively, understand customer needs, and provide timely feedback to internal teams.
2. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis of competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Propose and implement effective strategies for market development and sales growth.
- Provide necessary support and documentation for tender preparation and bidding processes.
3. Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams:
- Marketing (for events, workshops, and product launches).
- Accounting (for payment and financial follow-up).
- Purchasing (for managing orders and inventory).
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and manage allocated expenses.
