Job requirement

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, market penetration, and key account management within the assigned territory, focusing on medical devices and equipment.

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers (hospitals, clinics, specialists).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, doctors, hospitals, and specialized departments.
  • Present products effectively, understand customer needs, and provide timely feedback to internal teams.

2. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and analysis of competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Propose and implement effective strategies for market development and sales growth.
  • Provide necessary support and documentation for tender preparation and bidding processes.

3. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams:
    • Marketing (for events, workshops, and product launches).
    • Accounting (for payment and financial follow-up).
    • Purchasing (for managing orders and inventory).
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and manage allocated expenses.
