Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with management to plan, prepare, and execute tasks in the sales/project cycle.
  • Actively look for new sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Independently handle customers, large accounts, and projects.
  • Coordinate and interact with both the engineering and business teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor key project milestones and follow up on progress to achieve goals.
  • Provide timely and effective communications to management, staff, and customers.
  • Achieve sales KPIs/targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements and skills

  • At least one year experience at the same position
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Engineer.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to plan work and commit to meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and technical policies.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and solve problems.
  • Solid knowledge/technical background with hands-on experience in MEP products/systems or electronic controllers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Other skills: AutoCAD, Office Computer, Photoshop.
  • Degrees in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electric, Heating, or Environmental Engineering are preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, installation, maintenance, and consulting of MEP systems is an advantage.
