Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities and Authorities

· Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

· Involve in new FRQ activities and quote preparation.

· To explore & approach new customers and follow up with some existing customers.

· Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.

· Able to manage and execute project as defined in business case, schedule, budget and scope

· Work closely with the internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.

· Able to multitask and manage team resources effectively to deliver a high quality of work to internal teams and external clients on project delivery.

· Meet with client stakeholders and manage client expectations and escalations.

· Good understanding on customer’s requirement, conceptual and objective to provide total solution of design work is compliance to SEMI, environmental, mechanical specifications and safety regulatory.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on key metrics and market insights.

· Willing to accept new challenges.

Job Competency

· Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs preferably from mechanical engineering solution environment.

· Proficient in MS Office and give PPT presentations with customers at all levels.

· At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Experience on Automation knowledge will be an advantage.

· Knowledge in Solid works, AutoCAD and drafting software will be added advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions to meet customer needs.

· Fluent on both English and vietnamese.

· Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed.

· Able to work under pressure and good prioritization skills.
