Sales Assistant

Sales Assitant :

· Act as a sales assistant to the Business Director.

· Manage the BD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Assist the BD for meeting with customers on regular basis, and help is translation with clients.

· Coordinate with Sales team on daily Sales activities.

· Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, draft letters and other documents.

· Fixing and scheduling meetings for BD with customers and clients via telephone call and Social media contact (FB).

· Liaising with relevant individuals, external organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, summarize.

· Making travel / business trip arrangement for BD. Assisting with budget records and claims, support in finding relevant vendors for sales and marketing purposes.

· Go visit customers with BD and provide translation and interpretation.

· Prepare and manager reports, meetings, on weekly and monthly basis.

· Other tasks assigned by BD.

Customer Service:

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a professional and timely manner..

· Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and service schedules.

· Follow up on after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Maintain good relationships with clients, clinics, and medical professionals.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the medical or aesthetic industry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication skills.
• Can multitask and prioritize work.
• Pays attention to details and can solve problems.
• Keeps information confidential.
• Adapts easily to changes.
• Has a bachelor’s degree or similar experience.
• Can work well alone and with others.
