WE NEED YOU:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for both Customer Experience (CX) and non-CX solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic client relationships across industries.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with BOD and group directions to drive revenue growth for CX and non-CX solutions.

• Identify market opportunities and create targeted plans to capture new business.

• Establish sales objectives, forecasts, and budgets aligned with company goals.

2. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

• Provide coaching on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies where necessary.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Understand client needs and present tailored CX and non-CX solutions to drive value.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

4. Product and Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on CX and non-CX industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with Solution Planning team to ensure solutions meet market demands and client requirements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth.

• Work with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

WORK LOCATION:

• 4th floor, Moc Gia Cong Hoa Building, 123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

WORKING TIME:

• Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday and every other Saturday (if any).
