The role is to service the Emerging Affluent customer portfolio assigned to Relationship Officer and to provide customers with an easy and friendly customer experience. The role is responsible for meeting assigned targets such as New to Bank (NTB)/ Upgrade Customers, Assets under Administration (AUA) for the Emerging Affluent segment.
- Meet assigned sales revenue target through the needs based introduction and proactive cross-selling of banking products
- Meet assigned customer acquisition targets through proactive solicitation of new customers and seeking referrals from existing customers
- Meeting assigned Assets Under Administration (AUA) target through new assets from existing as well as new customers
- Deliver an outstanding experience to our customers; meet and exceed customer expectations
- Engage customers and increase average number of products held by each client under portfolio in ensuring customer’s financial objectives are met
- Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow.
