Regional Sales Manager - Retail Sales

Management Area: Mekong

Office Location: Can Tho

Candidates in HCMC are welcome if open to working in the Mekong area

Directly report to: National Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets.
  • To manage, training and drive the retail sales team in the assigned region (South) to develop distribution network and deploys all sales actions with customers in targeted segments/areas in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
  • To understand market & customers’ needs and bring TOA Paint products/service/solutions directly to customers.
  • To build and secure relationship with potential customers (dealers & contractors).
  • To lead sales team and make sure they are motivated & high committed to company KPIs.
  • To develop subordinates by proper coaching & mentoring and suitable trainings.
  • Promote visibility of TOA Paint at all direct dealers.
  • Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement.
  • Manage customer inquiries internally relevant for targeted areas.
  • Prepare regular market intelligence report.
  • Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

Education & Training: University degrees, preferably major in Economics, Foreign Trade.

Experience:

  • More than 5-year experience in working with relevant retail sales positions at MNCs.
  • Having supervisory or managerial skills
  • Knowledge in Paint industry is a plus.

Specific knowledge hard & soft skills

  • Good understanding of market needs and market players.
  • Understand company’s products and competitor’s.
  • Knowledgeable in opportunity management and account management.

Other:

  • Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, self-starter, ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas
