1. Develop business strategies and plans
- Forecast and analyze the business environment.
- Define and develop nationwide business and channel strategies.
- Plan the business strategies to develop and effectively serve customers.
- Propose initiation or termination of supply contracts.
2. Manage sales revenue
- Monitor, supervise, and expedite plan implementation aligned with the company’s development strategies.
- Responsible for supervising, managing, and expediting debt recovery (if any).
3. Manage business operations and goods
- Manage and control the use of annual budgets under responsibility according to company policies and regulations.
- Propose promotions and incentive programs; Plan, supervise, and evaluate program’s effectiveness.
- Responsible for product demand forecasting to meet sales requirements.
- Develop and expand distribution channels for company-branded products. Collaborate proactively with Marketing to plan brand and market development strategies.
- Build and control implementation of sales and payment policies.
4. Manage sales tools and establish relationships with supermarkets
- Build and maintain relationships with supermarket chains; handle and process information with relevant departments.
- Resolve customer complaints which cannot be addressed by members.
- Representing the company in external activities with competent and local authorities related to the operations in modern trade channel.
5. Conduct market and customer research
- Design and conduct market data collection and competitor analysis to support new product development, sales policies, marketing strategies, and after-sales programs.
- Advise BOD on market trends, products, packaging, volume, etc., to support timely investment decisions or business plan adjustments that enhance operational efficiency and optimize business opportunities.

- Participate directly in the recruitment process.
- Assign tasks, train, coach, and develop team members.
