Duties (Self):
Develop and Execute a comprehensive Recruitment & Business Development strategy that aligns with Elitez’s vision, mission, and business objectives in the Recruitment / HR Solutions Industry.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of client prospect opportunities, managing the end-to-end deal process from prospecting to negotiation and execution.
Curate and hone an end of end recruitment methodology to suit each talent acquisition process, not limited to Sourcing, Qualify, Manage, Negotiate, Place
Duties (Team):
Recruit, Train & Motivate Recruitment Team in pursuit of Teams’ Goals & Objectives
Coach team in achieving strong pipelines of partnership opportunities and successful conversions
Timely monitoring of activity & sales performance of team and execute reversal actions in mitigating against poor performance
Provide feedback to management on performance on individual team members for awareness and career planning purposes
Deliverables (Combined):
Maintaining healthy prospective leads to ensure continuity of new business introduction
Maintaining healthy workpot to ensure targeted revenue streams are consistently met
Maintaining healthy candidate activities and meet conversion ratios
Subject Matter Expert in at least 1 core Industry / Function and familiar with general industries & common functions within each specialised division
Results (Combined):
Achieve Targeted Activities & Results (Successful Client Engagements, Maintain Healthy Workpot, reasonable recruitment processes to meet clients requirements, professional candidate engagements etc)
Achieve Targeted Revenue through conversion of workpot to successful placements
