Kinh nghiệm:
• Xây dựng công thức và phát triển các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân mới, đặc biệt là trong các danh mục chăm sóc da, chăm sóc tóc và chăm sóc cơ thể, bao gồm tiến hành nghiên cứu thị trường và xác định các thành phần và công nghệ mới.
• Phát triển và thực hiện các kế hoạch thử nghiệm sản phẩm.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu theo quy định, bao gồm các quy định của Asean và toàn cầu, và duy trì kiến thức cập nhật về các quy định và hướng dẫn của ngành.
• Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác bao gồm Marketing, Operations và QA/QC, để đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng và được sản xuất hiệu quả.
• Quản lý và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật các thành viên nhóm R&D.
• Chuẩn bị và trình bày các bài thuyết trình cho các bên liên quan để truyền đạt tiến độ và kết quả phát triển sản phẩm.
• Lưu giữ hồ sơ về các thí nghiệm, quy trình và kết quả theo các quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP).
• Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp để tìm nguồn nguyên liệu và công nghệ mới.
R&D Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the research and development of new and existing personal care products, specifically in the skincare, haircare, and body care categories. This includes assisting in the formulation, testing, and analysis of products, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. R&D Supervisor will also support the R&D Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of the R&D team. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the formulation and development of new personal care products, specifically in the skincare, haircare, and body care categories, including conducting market research and identifying new ingredients and technologies.
• Develop and execute product testing plans, including stability and compatibility testing, and interpret results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Asean and global regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure products meet customer needs and are produced efficiently.
• Manage and mentor junior R&D team members and provide technical guidance and support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate product development progress and results.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors to source ingredients and technologies.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Hóa hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
Tối thiểu 4 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành chăm sóc cá nhân, tập trung vào nghiên cứu và phát triển các sản phẩm chăm sóc da, chăm sóc tóc hoặc chăm sóc cơ thể.
Kiến thức tốt về các sản phẩm, thành phần và công nghệ chăm sóc cá nhân, đặc biệt là các sản phẩm chăm sóc da, chăm sóc tóc và chăm sóc cơ thể.
Kỹ năng phân tích và kinh nghiệm trong thử nghiệm và phân tích sản phẩm.
Hiểu biết về các yêu cầu theo quy định và tuân thủ trong ngành chăm sóc cá nhân, đặc biệt là các sản phẩm chăm sóc da, chăm sóc tóc và chăm sóc cơ thể.
Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Kỹ năng quản lý dự án tốt, có khả năng ưu tiên các nhiệm vụ và đáp ứng thời hạn.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office và các ứng dụng phần mềm liên quan khác.
Linh hoạt trong việc đi công tác khi cần thiết.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the personal care industry, with a focus on research and development for skincare, haircare or body care products.
• In-depth knowledge of personal care products, ingredients, and technologies, specifically for skincare, haircare, and body care products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in product testing and analysis.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the personal care industry, specifically for skincare, haircare, and body care products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Experience in Personal care Industry is must.
