Mô tả công việc

  • Making Business Operation guideline and updating/suggesting sales operational situations for Data Entry, CSR, CP…
  • Following training schedule and training course to guarantee the satisfaction of knowledge which brings to Business OPS teams.
  • Handling Issues and notice on board by using service ticket tool
  • Responsible for doing quality check for all Business OPS staffs to make sure staffs follow process, procedure and perform their tasks as trained
  • Preparing quality control process for all Business OPS Teams
  • Understanding system/tool supporting to Business OPS teams and having opinions to optimize Business OPS process/procedure.Undertake other tasks assigned by Business Operation Manager
