- implementing all requirement of customer; lead team to conduct multi audit prototypes at plants and conduct the management reviews, sharing to continuously improve the system- Plan for documentation reviewing regularly for all company to ensure effectiveness of system

- Implement customer product document reqiurement including lables, packaging…

- Cross check (wood/plastic toys) testing result uploaded to CONNECT system

- Ensuring relevant department comply with FSC procurement and well management- Up to date regulation of exported country and take action properly- Ensure quality activity in company comply with customer requirement- Provide supporting document for sale/ customer or other departments as required- Control company/ customer specification- Develop and maintain a company wide audit process and schedule- Lead and standardize all audit at factory: internal audit/ cross plant audit.- Plan and participate to management review of all factory.- Facilitate for all external audit: Government, certification body, customer audit,…- Ensure all CAP complete and findings/ non-conformity prevented
