Property Assistant

• Collect and consolidate data from the Site Development team on potential store locations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for new site openings.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports in English for management review.
• Create presentations and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain and update site development databases.

• Graduated in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate, retail, FMCG, or similar fields.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – able to prepare and present reports confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
