Get to know our Team:
Supporting special projects, strategies, and operations across the entire GrabRentals teams.

Get to know the Role:

Initiate & drive projects with multiple internal & external stakeholders, balancing interests & creating value for the broader organization

  • Internal stakeholders: Product, Business Ops, Strategy, commercial, Admin, Finance
  • External stakeholders: vendors, government, potential partners​


The day-to-day activities:

  • Plan & drive process implementation in relation to supply & projects
  • Create & manage relationships with external stakeholders​
  • Manage resources and create lean structure & processes ​​
  • Ensure that cost savings are channelled to the driver ​
  • Propose purchases with valid justification & present for approval
  • Support tender processes for big value contracts

The must haves:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering / Science / Business
  • Process engineering
  • Project Management
  • Negotiation
  • Organizational behaviour
  • Team leadership​​
  • 10 years of experience in a project management function preferably in Automotive industry ​​ ​
