Mô tả công việc

Product Owner Role:

  • Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and software development partners.
  • Write product requirement documents (BRD, PRD), manage the product backlog, and plan product development roadmaps.
  • Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery and that the product meets requirements.

Testing & Acceptance:

  • Perform product testing, log bugs, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality before launch.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and evaluate product performance post-launch.

Product & Package Research:

  • Collaborate with the team to research and develop service packages and digital products tailored to different customer segments.
  • Analyze user behavior and propose solutions to optimize user experience and increase service adoption.

Product Flow & Design:

  • Take charge of designing the full product flow—from user experience (UX) to user interface (UI)—for apps, websites, or telecom-related systems/service packages (advantageous).
  • Ensure optimal user experience with intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with the habits of target customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management and development, especially in technology or telecommunications, with creative thinking and proven experience as a Product Owner.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, with skills in data analysis, trend research, and the ability to design and optimize products that enhance user experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • UI/UX design skills are a plus. Preference given to candidates with experience in fintech, telecommunications, or digital products.
