Product Marketing Leader

Strategic Planning:

• Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the company's product groups, outlining strategies for each stage of the product life cycle.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of new product information, competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
• Provide recommendations on product features, pricing, and promotional programs to support nationwide sales.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with relevant departments to address product-related issues, sales challenges, and display concerns.

Product Development and Innovation:

• Propose innovative ideas for new products and collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) department to ensure the timely development of products aligned with the company's plans.

Team Management and Training:

• Manage, train, and guide Product Management (PM) team members in executing their responsibilities effectively.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the executive management team, providing insights into the performance of marketing and sales initiatives.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate activities within the team and across the company to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of shared objectives.
