1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.2. Design and develop Auto Loan products and features that are competitive, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT) to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.4. Work with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns, product collaterals, and sales training materials.5. Monitor product performance (disbursement volume, conversion rates, NPL, profit margin) and identify areas for improvement.6. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and customer experience.7. Drive product innovation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline loan processing and customer journey.8. Manage product documentation including policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
