• Collaborate with the board of directors to plan teaching, build a system, and an organizational structure from scratch.
• School representative to make application for permission to operate for the school
• Ensure the quality of child care and education.
• Make sure to compile and teach the right preschool program according to the age group.
• Organize environment, groups, classes to ensure hygiene and safety for children
• Directly direct and guide professional work to preschool teachers
• Building a close relationship between the School - Teachers - Parents, Students;
• Plan activities for a day to promote children's positivity.

• Ensure the correct implementation of the study, living, eating and sleeping regime of the children in the class.
• Participating in organizing extracurricular activities and field trips for students.
• Directing the content of child care and education according to the assigned age group and class group.
• Directing and managing the team of preschool teachers.
• Evaluate the teaching ability of the teacher.
• Organize activities for children according to the activity regime and timetable.
• Regularly check and visit teaching activities and part-boarding work for preschool teachers.
• Planning training and improving professional skills for preschool teachers.

• A degree in early childhood education is required (Obligatory)
• School representative to make application for permission to operate for the school

• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Sat & Sun off)
• Good English skills (speaking, writing, reading comprehension).
• At least 2 years or more as a manager in a preschool, school or preschool education center or English Center or other international organizations
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize important tasks.
• Ability to use basic office software (PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel, etc.).
• Strong management skills, ability to lead meetings and effectively use human resources to accomplish tasks on campus.
