People Operations Specialist

• The People Operations (Pops) team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Grab has revolutionized transportation. We serve to find, grow and retain the remarkable assemblage of talent who are our Grabbers.
• Specifically, the Singapore Country People Operations team looks at creating and delivering efficient and effective people services that contributes towards a personalized positive people experience for Grabbers in Singapore from their onboarding to offboarding.

Get to know the Role:

• This role focusses on the addressing the learning and engagement needs of all Grabbers in Singapore. It will also be responsible for ad hoc cross functional projects.

The day-to-day activities:

People

• Reporting directly to the Head of People Operations Singapore and working closely with the regional learning and engagement team and other business stakeholders with Grab, the individual will be initiating, delivering and driving high, sustained participation and feedback rates for the following:

• SG Grabber Engagement Programs
  • Grabber Engagement Programs e.g. Grabber 2.0 (i.e. an internal learning and knowledge sharing platform), Grounds-Up Initiatives (i.e. Company Sponsored Grabber initiated engagement programs e.g. football teams), Lobang Corner (a corporate wide deals platform for Grabbers)
  • Support content curation (including sourcing of speakers) for Singapore Townhall
  • Support logistics for regional townhalls
  • Any other new engagement programs/initiatives that may be required to drive engagement in the Workforce
  • Administration and Logistics to deliver the engagement programs (e.g. raising of ePrs, liaising with vendors, tracking of budget, reporting etc)

• Country Wide Learning
  • Facilitate/host certain Country wide learning initiatives e.g. Managers Onboarding
  • Source and deliver relevant and cost-effective learning initiatives to address the learning needs of Grabbers in Singapore
  • Ensure Singapore has sufficient coverage in terms of Grab-Wide milestone programs
  • Administration and Logistics to deliver the learning programs (e.g. raising of ePrs, liaising with vendors, tracking of budget, claiming for government statutory grants etc)

• Ad hoc Projects
  • Where applicable, support as a member or a project manager for identified projects.

• Team: Singapore Country Pops team
• Partners: Regional Pops Team but with specific focus on Engagement and Learning teams
• Business Teams: e.g. Comms, Marketing, BD etc for engagement activities.

• Grabbers & Country Head

Financial

• To manage and report on country learning and engagement budget

The must haves:

• At least 3-4 years experience in Learning and/or Engagement related roles.
• Experience in process facilitation, SaaS and e-learning software an advantage.
• Strong communicator
• At least 5-6 years of working experience
