Specifically, the Singapore Country People Operations team looks at creating and delivering efficient and effective people services that contributes towards a personalized positive people experience for Grabbers in Singapore from their onboarding to offboarding.
Get to know the Role:
This role focusses on delivering the full scope of payroll administration services in a timely, accurate, customer centric manner with compliance to local regulatory laws.
The day-to-day activities:
Reporting to the Head of People Operations Singapore and working closely with members of the Singapore Country Pops, Regional Pops and Finance teams and external vendors, the individual will be responsible for:
Payroll Administration
End to End payroll administration for selected Grab Singapore employment entities.
Payroll related government statutory reporting
Payroll related finance reporting
Advisory Support for internal stakeholders and clients
Ad hoc Projects
Ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of People Services for Singapore based Grabbers
The must haves:
At least 3-4 years experience in full spectrum payroll administration
Experience in SaaS, working with outsourced payroll vendors an advantage.
Strong excel skills (e.g. mastery in formulas, pivots, reporting etc) a must
Meticulous and possesses strong numbers sense
Customer-centricity
Full Spectrum payroll administration experience
Process improvement experience
Ability to understand how payroll fits into and supports the larger HR and Finance objectives
