Payment channel Supervisor (Giám Sát phát triển kênh thanh toán)

+ Develops payment channels (such as Payoo, MoMo, banks, etc.) that can give the best condition to customers to fulfill their repayment obligation.

• Gathers relevant statistical data, watch the market and analyze to find suitable partners/ banks for developing payment channels
• Communicates with collection department to know their needs in developing new payment channels
• Communicates with banks/ partners to achieve the best conditions for cooperation in collection service

+ Maintain the operation of payment channels

• To be coordinator among internal departments (sales, customer services, collection) and partners / banks to make sure the smooth operation of such payment channels.
• Periodically reports the effectiveness of each payment channels
• Makes recommendations to improve quality of payment channels & procedures.
