Job Description
Daily Operations Management:
Coordinate closely with all departments to effectively execute daily operational plans.
Monitor inbound, outbound, and productivity metrics to meet all customer and company KPIs.
Train and guide staff to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job standards.
Identify and report operational and system issues promptly to the person in charge for resolution.
Assist the Accounting team with accounts receivable/payable tracking.
Resolve issues that arise during the shipping process.
Project Development & Improvement:
Participate in setting up processes for new projects.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Review and address non-conformities in operations.
Ensure compliance with all departmental and company regulations. Report directly on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to the General Director.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain, nurture, and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers (shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, etc.).
Coordinate with key account clients regarding shipment schedules and necessary documents.
Support the sales team by receiving and resolving client inquiries within a defined scope.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
2-3 years of experience in forwarder operations, with team management experience leading a team of at least 2 people.
Knowledge of customs clearance, e-commerce operations is a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency English communication skills (logistics & supply chain) or Chinese
Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and plan effectively.

**Working Hours:**
From Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 08:00 - 12:00
- Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00
- Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.
