Mô tả công việc

- Lead the Sea freight Team with 4-6 members.

  • Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the SO to the shipper.
  • Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A-Z
  • Ask D/N and the invoice from the carrier for preparing the payment request
  • Send D/N to the client or agent, and follow up on the payment
  • Follow up with the accountant about the payment to the carrier to get the SWB, MBL
  • Update systems and follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Min. 3 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight operations
  • Experience in handling US/EU shipments
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and a good team player
  • DGR training will be an advantage
