• Internal quality control for nylon products
• Conduct customer and internal quality assessments to improve nylon product quality and develop new products
• Receive customer feedbacks and transfer detailed informations to the production departments (Support for improvements)
• Resolve product quality complaints from customers
• Visit customer to survey and get data
• Analyze data and make report
• Get conclusion of Korean supervisor to feedback to customer and make compensation document (if any)
• Other jobs as assignments by superiors

• University graduated in Textile Engineering or related majors
• Fresher is acceptable
• Be able to use English
