Nhân viên điều phối sản xuất - Production Coordinator

• Customer care and interaction.
• Be responsible for receiving incoming requests and determining realistic production deadlines.
• Manage and effectively schedule or arrange production tasks.
• Handle file sharing and ensure that productions/photos/images are completed successfully and on time.
• Coordinate with other departments to monitor operator activities, ensuring optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
• Perform reporting and assist with project development as assigned

• Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration, English Linguistics and Literature or relevant fields.
• Good command of English, in both written and verbal forms.
• Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 – 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 – 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 – 6.30), with shift changes every 4 weeks.
• Previous experience working in a production company is a plus
• Experience in using file-sharing sites, customer care
• Experience with software or a web-based working system
