Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Industrial Adhesives business in North and Central Vietnam. The role will focus primarily on the woodworking, furniture, and mattress industries, while also identifying and pursuing opportunities in other relevant sectors using adhesives. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

WORK FROM HOME - NORTH AND CENTRAL VN (company is located in HCM)

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for industrial adhesives in North and Central Vietnam.
Drive business development efforts in key industries: woodworking, furniture, and mattresses.
Identify and develop new customers and applications in adjacent sectors such as packaging, construction materials, and automotive interiors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and key decision-makers.
Provide technical support and solutions in collaboration with application engineers and product managers.
Monitor market trends, pricing, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customer-centric campaigns and solutions.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer visits.

Yêu cầu công việc

WORK FROM HOME - NORTH AND CENTRAL VN (company is located in HCM)

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial adhesives, coatings, or chemical-related industries.
Strong knowledge of woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or mattress production processes is a plus.
Proven ability to manage a sales territory and deliver against targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate adhesive solutions effectively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel frequently within North and Central Vietnam.
