- Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s medium- and long-term growth strategies.
- Propose market orientation strategies and identify potential customer development opportunities
2. Business Management:
- Oversee all aspects within assigned responsibilities, including planning, resource allocation, and team management.
- Lead and support the sales team, including team leaders and staff, to achieve revenue KPIs.
- Establish professional, systematic, and efficient management processes and mechanisms.
- Recruit, train, and enhance the competencies of the sales personnel.
- Train key personnel and develop succession plans for future leadership.
3. Customer Relations:
- Develop customer care programs and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
- Resolve customer-related issues and support the achievement of business objectives.
- Represent the company in working with stakeholders such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, and customers.
4. Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure business efficiency.
- Promote cross-functional coordination to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Regularly report business results to the COO and Executive Board.
- Evaluate business performance and recommend corrective measures to improve outcomes.
- Periodically report work progress to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
